We are seeking a highly motivated Shortlet Sales Executive to drive sales and revenue growth for our short-term rental properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, hospitality sales, or property management, with the ability to identify and convert leads, build client relationships, and develop effective sales strategies. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Promote and sell short-term rental properties to clients looking for temporary accommodation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring profitability while meeting customer expectations.
- Manage property listings on digital platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions, competitive pricing, and appealing visuals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that generate leads and boost occupancy rates.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop competitive sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, tracking performance metrics and suggesting improvements.
- Ensure smooth check-in/check-out experiences for guests and resolve any customer inquiries or issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, real estate, hospitality, or business development.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies for short-term rental properties.
- Strong understanding of sales analytics, forecasting, and reporting.
- Proficiency in property management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and online booking platforms.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Strong business acumen with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and leverage new sales opportunities.
