Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day architectural activities on-site to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Review and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Provide solutions for any architectural issues that arise during the construction phase.
- Maintain effective communication between the site team, project managers, and clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address changes or modifications in project scope.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of on-site architectural experience in construction projects.
- Proficient in architectural design software (Revit).
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety standards.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
