Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, identify any potential issues or deviations from plans and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports using AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to on-site personnel, contractors, and subcontractors, addressing any construction-related queries or concerns.
  • Oversee the procurement of construction materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements. ● Conduct quality control checks to ensure that construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
  • Keep accurate records of project progress, site activities, and documentation for future reference.
  • Collaborate with the project team to resolve any technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in construction technology. Key Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry, with 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Sound knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Professional, knowledgeable, and approachable demeanor.
