The Building Construction Site Supervisor will oversee and manage the day-to-day activities on some of our construction sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Works are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Schedule weekly Workflow and plan resources required including arranging materials and getting competent site workers to ensure timely completion and cost efficiency.
- Oversee all site activities, including construction, safety, and quality control, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead and manage site teams, including masons, Labour, and other Artisans, to achieve project goals.\
- Liaise with project stakeholders, including development owners, architects, engineers, and suppliers, to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that work meets quality and safety standards.
- Prepare and submit project reports, progress updates, and other documentation as required.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a good Secondary School Leaving Certificate WASCE or GCE with Credits in English, Maths and Intro-Tech
- First degree (B.sc/HND) in the field of Construction, Civil Engineering.
- A Diploma from a Federal Technical College will be an added advantage.
- Qualified candidates are those who have three to five years of experience in delivering results in constructions that are cost-effective and structurally sound.
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in building construction projects.
- Applicants should have excellent aptitude and intelligence with Excellent O’Level Grades.
