This role involves managing staff, subcontractors, and suppliers while maintaining quality standards and adhering to all relevant regulations and safety protocols.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all construction activities on site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
- Lead and coordinate the work of site staff and subcontractors, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections to identify hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Develop and manage work schedules for all site activities, coordinating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections and address any issues that arise promptly.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
- Identify potential issues or delays and proactively develop solutions to keep the project on track.
Requirements:
- BSc or HND in construction management, building technology, civil engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in site management, building experience, or fencing projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
