Site/Inspection Officer

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Identify and document any issues or non-compliance, providing detailed reports and recommendations.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to implement corrective actions and improvements.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Ensure that all inspection and audit records are accurately maintained.
• Provide training and guidance to site personnel on safety and quality protocols.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in site meetings to discuss progress, issues, and solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site/Inspection Officer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of safety and quality standards in the real estate industry.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in safety and quality management are a plus.
