Skincare/Spa Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Provide a variety of spa and skincare treatments including facials, body scrubs, and massage therapies.
• Conduct personalized consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in treatment rooms and equipment.
• Stay updated on skincare trends, product knowledge, and wellness techniques.
• Educate clients on aftercare routines and product recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
• Develop lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Follow all company policies, including health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in skincare and/or spa therapy.
• Certification in Skincare, Massage Therapy, Esthetics, or a related field (depending on local standards).
• Strong understanding of skin types, treatment techniques, and product use.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Lagos or Port Harcourt (accommodation provided).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and passion for wellness.
• Ability to commit to a 2–3 year employment period.
