Job Title: Slickline Manager
Responsibilities
Prepare WCC using field ticket/report from various work sites and send to account for Service Entry.
Supervise and provide leadership to a team of slickline operators. This includes scheduling, planning training, and performance management
Ensure all slickline operations are conducted in compliance with company safety policies and industry regulations. Implement safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and prevent accidents.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding slickline operations.
Communicate effectively to understand client needs, provide updates on job progress, and address any concerns or issues.
Managing project scope, progress changes control, escalating where necessary and providing project status report
Support Technical/commercial Tender Preparation
Attend and contribute in clients’ operations/safety meetings
Ensure successful deployment of the crew, equipment and materials to locations
Give clear interpretation of Contract Agreement and ensure compliance to contract terms and conditions.
Ensure cost Management in execution of contract and efficiency in management of contract
Follow up client on our invoices and services entry.
Ensure that all spare part (foreign and local) are in stock.
Qualifications
Minimum of B.Sc/HND., B.Engr. Degree,
Masters and Member of a professional body
will be an added advantage
Minimum Experience: 8-10 years’ experience in Slickline Operations
