Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive marketing automation strategy aligned with business goals to drive customer engagement.
- Campaign Management: Lead the design, execution, and optimization of automated marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web platforms.
- Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics and identify actionable insights for campaign improvement.
- Lead Management: Oversee the lead scoring and nurturing processes to ensure high-quality leads are passed to the sales team.
- Tool Integration: Ensure seamless integration of marketing automation platforms with CRM systems and other tools to streamline operations.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to develop personalized, targeted content that resonates with audiences and boosts engagement.
- Training & Support: Provide guidance and training on marketing automation tools to team members, sharing best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on marketing automation trends and technologies to continually enhance campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation and campaign management, preferably within a SaaS or tech startup environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
