- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives related to loan origination
- Evaluate the financial stability of SMEs through the analysis of financial statements and credit histories
- Support clients in comprehending loan prerequisites and the documentation necessary for approval
- Collaborate closely with underwriting and risk management teams to facilitate the prompt processing of loan applications
- Ensure that all lending practices adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies
- Remain updated on industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape
- Provide insights to management regarding product offerings and client needs
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An advanced degree such as a Master's or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA or CPA) is an advantage
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or lending within the financial services industry is required, with a preference for candidates with experience working with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets is essential
