Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at Stretford Hill Limited in Lekki. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks such as cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.
Qualifications
- Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills
- Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Proficient in Cost Reporting
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards
- Excellent analytical and numerical abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- B.Sc/M.Sc. degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Nigeria Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) or Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN) Certifications.
- 5-8years of experience in Quantity Surveyor Field.
Remuneration: N400,000 - N450,000 NET
