Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to promote products and engage with customers.
- Create high-quality, visually appealing content (photos, videos, and written posts) tailored to the company’s product range and target audience.
- Monitor social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn) for trends, analytics, and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with the design and production team to highlight new products and production processes.
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and manage relationships with retail partners, distributors, and direct consumers.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to promote brand visibility.
- Create and manage advertisements (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Promotions).
- Organize and participate in events, expos, and exhibitions to showcase products.
- Work closely with the production team to understand product specifications and unique selling points.
- Provide customer feedback to inform product development and improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, sales, or marketing (preferably in a product-based industry).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for sales and customer interaction.
- Creative thinking and an eye for detail in visual branding.
- Proficient in tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and CRM/sales software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
