Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:


Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Identify target audiences and create content tailored to each platform.
  • Stay updated on trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.


Content Creation & Management:

  • Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content (text, images, videos, and reels).
  • Ensure brand consistency in messaging, tone, and visual aesthetics.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and content creators.


Community Engagement:

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms.
  • Foster meaningful conversations and build strong relationships with followers.
  • Identify and engage with influencers, partners, and brand advocates.


Analytics & Performance Tracking:

  • Track key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) using analytics tools.
  • Generate reports and insights to optimize content strategy.
  • A/B tests different types of content and posting schedules.


Paid Advertising & Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns.
  • Optimize ad performance and budget allocation.
  • Analyze ad effectiveness and suggest improvements.


Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:

  • Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to align social media efforts.
  • Support brand partnerships, promotions, and events through social media.
  • Stay ahead of competitors’ strategies and industry trends.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Strong copywriting, design, and video editing skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SEO, influencer marketing, and social commerce.
  • Understanding of different social media algorithms and audience behaviors.
