Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.

Content Creation & Management:
- Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content (text, images, videos, and reels).

Community Engagement:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms.
- Foster meaningful conversations and build strong relationships with followers.

Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Track key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) using analytics tools.
- Generate reports and insights to optimize content strategy.
- A/B tests different types of content and posting schedules.
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns.
- Optimize ad performance and budget allocation.
- Analyze ad effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:
- Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to align social media efforts.
- Support brand partnerships, promotions, and events through social media.
- Stay ahead of competitors’ strategies and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Strong copywriting, design, and video editing skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO, influencer marketing, and social commerce.
