Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Viral Content Creation: Develop and execute innovative content strategies designed to maximize reach, engagement, and virality across various social media platforms. This includes a deep understanding of current trends, challenges, memes, and formats.
  • Graphic Design: Create visually stunning and on-brand graphics for social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) using design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Video Production & Editing: Produce and edit high-quality, engaging video content for social media, including short-form videos, reels, TikToks, YouTube content, etc., using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Photography: Capture high-quality photos for social media content, product showcases, behind-the-scenes glimpses, and other marketing materials.
  • Sales-focused Content: Develop content specifically designed to drive traffic to our website, generate leads, and boost sales. This includes incorporating calls to action, showcasing product benefits, and creating compelling narratives.
  • Social Media Management: Schedule and publish social media posts across various platforms, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and optimal posting times.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze content performance metrics (engagement, reach, website traffic, conversions) to identify what resonates with the audience and optimize future content.
  • Trend Research: Stay ahead of the curve by researching and identifying emerging social media trends, viral formats, and competitor activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team on larger projects, campaigns, and overall social media strategy.
