Admin Officer & Social Media Manager
Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Starting Salary: 85,000 Naira Monthly (with a 10% upward review after a probation of 6 months)
Responsibilities
- Operate the POS, and cash register and handle all transactions
- Welcome customers as they arrive at the salon and provide a positive customer experience
- Assist with scheduling appointments and answering phone calls
- Maintain an organised workspace
- Handle basic bookkeeping
- Handle CRM (getting feedback and sending out SMS blasts to customers)
- Manage Inventory and reorder supplies as needed
- Participate in promotional events
- Handle the Salon's Social Media Accounts (Taking Pictures, Recording Videos, Making Reels – IG, TikTok)
Qualifications
- Excellent Sales ability
- Proactive and takes initiative
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask
- Familiarity with salon procedures and services
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic Graphic Design Skills – CapCut & Canva
- Good Social Media management skills – Can record videos and make TikTok/ IG Reels
- Must be willing to work weekends and evenings as needed
T/N: This job is based in Ilupeju, Lagos. You should be able to commute and arrive at work at 8:45 a.m. After your first month of onboarding, you will get one day off a week. The job is full-time and ideal for candidates with administrative or social media experience looking for an entry-level career in the beauty industry.
