Social Media Handler

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Create, design, and schedule engaging content such as posts, videos, stories, and reels tailored to the brand's identity and audience. Develop a content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
• Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Foster community building by interacting with followers and encouraging discussions.
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Analyze audience preferences and tailor campaigns accordingly.
•  Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and follower growth. Provide regular performance reports and insights to optimize strategies.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, algorithms, and emerging platforms. Integrate trending topics and features into content to boost relevance and engagement.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams to align social media campaigns with broader marketing efforts. Collaborate with influencers or brand ambassadors for partnerships.
• Crisis Management: Handle negative feedback or crises professionally to protect the brand's reputation.
• Paid Advertising: Create and manage paid social media ad campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content reflects the brand’s voice, tone, and values.
• Research and Insights: Research competitors and analyze their social media strategies to identify areas for improvement
