Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Content Scheduling & Posting: Regularly post and schedule content on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) as per the content calendar.
  • Audience Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to engage with the community and build positive relationships.
  • Content Creation: Assist in creating social media content, including images, captions, and videos, ensuring that they align with the brand’s tone and message.
  • Social Media Monitoring: Track daily activities on social media platforms, keeping an eye on trends, mentions, and feedback.
  • Brand Representation: Maintain consistency in brand voice and ensure all posts reflect the company’s values and messaging.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media content with broader marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions) for social media content and provide regular updates and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company’s social media presence remains fresh and relevant.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience in social media handling, management, or a customer service experience.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their features.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and the ability to generate engaging content.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics) is preferred.


Remuneration: NGN 80,000
