Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Developing a social media strategy: Creating a plan to achieve the organization's social media goals, such as increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, or engaging with customers.
- Content creation: Producing and sharing engaging content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats, to attract and retain followers.
- Community management: Monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and mentions on social media to build relationships with followers and address any concerns or questions.
- Social media advertising: Creating and managing paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms to reach a larger audience and achieve specific marketing objectives.Analytics and reporting: Tracking key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices: Keeping abreast of the latest trends, tools, and features on social media platforms to optimize content and strategies.
