ABOUT:

We are seeking a creative and proactive Junior Influencer Strategist to support the personal brand of a mom and fashion brand founder. The ideal candidate will be responsible for curating engaging content, identifying trending opportunities, and facilitating brand partnerships to enhance visibility and monetization opportunities.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing shot lists, content calendars, and trending audio lists to optimize engagement across social media platforms.
• Generate and edit content tailored to the personal brand’s aesthetic and audience.
• Conduct research and reach out to brands for potential sponsorships, collaborations, and partnerships to secure lucrative brand deals.
• Design media kits, pitch decks, and other branded graphics to support outreach efforts.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure a competitive digital presence.
• Engage with online communities, responding to comments, DMs, and mentions to foster brand loyalty and engagement.
• Monitor analytics and report on content performance, audience insights, and brand deal conversions.

Qualifications & Competencies

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or digital content creation.
• Strong research skills with the ability to identify trending topics and brand opportunities.
• Graphic design proficiency using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing, sponsorships, and brand collaborations is a plus.
• Background in fashion, lifestyle, or personal branding greatly advantageous.
