Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Creation:

  • Develop and execute a content calendar tailored to LinkedIn and email campaigns.
  • Create engaging posts, newsletters, and email sequences that align with our brand voice and audience needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and produce content that drives engagement.


Audience Growth & Engagement:

  • Strategically grow our LinkedIn audience and email subscriber base through organic and paid strategies.
  • Actively engage with the audience through comments, direct messages, and group participation.


Email Marketing Campaigns:

  • Design and execute email campaigns for audience nurturing, product updates, and promotions.
  • A/B test email content and subject lines to optimize open rates and conversions.
  • Segment and manage email lists for targeted communication.


Performance Analysis:

  • Track and analyze key metrics, including engagement rates, click-through rates, follower growth, and ROI on campaigns.
  • Provide monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.


Brand Storytelling:

  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Craft compelling stories to enhance brand trust and build community engagement.


Collaboration:

  • Work closely with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Align social media and email efforts with broader marketing goals.


Stay Updated:

  • Keep up-to-date with LinkedIn trends, email marketing best practices, and platform algorithm changes.
  • Implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.


Requirements:

  • 2 years experience as a Social Media Manager
  • Degree in a related field
