In addition, you’ll have a strong eye for design, capable of creating simple graphics and videos or advising when it’s time to outsource designs.

- Develop and execute diverse content strategies for each of our games, ensuring consistent and engaging social media presence.
- Create and schedule posts across multiple platforms (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) that align with the brand's tone and attract player engagement.
- Monitor community feedback and analyze social sentiment to relay valuable insights to the development team for continuous improvement.
- Have a keen eye for visual content, ensuring high-quality posts that attract users.
- Create basic graphics and videos using tools like Canva or Photoshop, or guide when to outsource to professional designers or video editors.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform updates to ensure our content stays relevant.
- Collaborate with game developers, designers, and other departments to curate content that best represents each game’s style and features.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages and fostering a positive and active social presence.
- Track and report social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Develop and maintain a social media content calendar that aligns with the company’s development phases.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably within the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Exceptional content creation skills, with the ability to develop engaging posts tailored for different platforms.
- Ability to collect and analyze feedback from players and incorporate it into content strategy and development.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Final Cut Pro).
- Ability to identify when professional graphic design or video editing services are needed and manage outsourced content creation effectively.
- Deep understanding of gaming culture and trends, especially related to social media.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset for storytelling and visual presentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage with the community.
