Job Summary

As a Remote Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across various platforms. You will work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience and supports our business goals.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok)
  • Assist in the development of a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand identity and business objectives.
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with users and followers, building a strong online community and fostering relationships.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to evaluate performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for future content and strategies.
  • Work with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns, ensuring a consistent voice and message across all channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms/tools to recommend innovative strategies.
  • Assist in the creation and management of paid social media campaigns, optimizing for performance and budget.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns or content.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and compelling content.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using social media analytics tools to track performance and derive insights.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote setting.
  • Passion for social media trends and a genuine interest
