Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative social media strategies tailored to the unique goals of each organization.
  • Create and manage engaging content, including graphics, videos, and posts, for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Schedule and publish content while maintaining a consistent posting calendar for each organization.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve measurable growth.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build meaningful online communities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and social media best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader organizational goals.
  • Run paid social media campaigns, monitor performance, and manage budgets effectively.
  • Promote cross-platform visibility and ensure brand consistency across all channels.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, managing multiple brands or sectors.
  • Strong content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and video editing.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Understanding the nuances of food, retail, and non-profit sectors is a plus.
  • Knowledge of paid social media advertising and campaign management.
