- Schedule and publish content while maintaining a consistent posting calendar for each organization.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve measurable growth.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build meaningful online communities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and social media best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader organizational goals.
- Run paid social media campaigns, monitor performance, and manage budgets effectively.
- Promote cross-platform visibility and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, managing multiple brands or sectors.
- Strong content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and video editing.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box to deliver innovative solutions.
- Understanding the nuances of food, retail, and non-profit sectors is a plus.
