Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to align with marketing objectives.
- Create high-quality, engaging, and shareable content, including posts, images, videos, and infographics for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Foster a positive online community by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain the brand's voice across all social media channels.
- Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, product launches, and influencer collaborations.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and website traffic.
- Use insights to improve strategies and achieve growth.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform changes, and best practices.
- Leverage social listening tools to identify industry trends and customer insights.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and aesthetic across all social media platforms, aligning with the company’s brand guidelines.
- Manage paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), optimizing for ROI and performance.
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure that social media campaigns align with overall marketing goals and branding initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with at least 2 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) and their respective audiences.
- Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and basic graphic design (Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar tools).
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create engaging and concise content.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Additional Skills:
- Experience with paid social media campaigns and digital marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for social media.
- Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
