Job Description/Requirements
The Executive Assistant will be critical in steering the company's strategic direction, overseeing business expansion, optimizing operations, and leading corporate development initiatives. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven record in management and the ability to oversee major corporate initiatives and communication across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities and Requirement
Business Expansion:
● Oversee international market entry strategies including market research, evaluating joint ventures or acquisitions, and setting up operational frameworks.
● Lead the development and launch of new business lines, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations. Strategic Planning and Implementation:
● Develop and execute strategic plans that align with the company’s financial and operational goals.
● Drive initiatives in market analysis, product diversification, and technology adoption to fuel business growth.
Corporate Development:
● Manage the mergers and acquisitions process, from scouting to integration, and strategize for potential company exits.
● Facilitate capital-raising efforts with financial stakeholders to secure equity or debt financing. Operational Excellence:
● Optimize business operations through technology integration and process refinement.
● Lead corporate restructuring efforts, establishing new departments and realigning existing ones to achieve operational goals.
● Implement systems to monitor and report on operational performance for informed decision-making. Change Management:
● Direct organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and alignment across the company. Executive Team Alignment:
● Enhance communication and decision-making among senior leaders.
● Manage board meeting preparations, including agenda creation and compliance with governance standards. Stakeholder Management:
● Represent the CEO in high-stakes negotiations and engagements with external and internal stakeholders.
● Build and maintain strategic relationships to support corporate initiatives. Talent Management:
● Support leadership recruitment and development, aligning talent management with the company’s long-term goals.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
● Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably within Architecture and Planning.
● Proven track record of leading large-scale projects and initiatives.
