Job Description/Requirements
- Consistently creating content on major social media platforms
- Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence
- Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
- Analysing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their goals and objectives.
- Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools.
- Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
- The ability to take eye-catching pictures is an advantage
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of BSc in any related discipline
- Good writer and communicator
- Team player and you like to get stuff done
- Detail-oriented and love to stick to a schedule
- Good knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok and Twitter.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Eager to learn about innovations and trends.
- Proximity to Ajah, Lagos
