Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage Staurus Properties' social media strategy across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Write content and manage the blog section of the company's WordPress website, ensuring consistency with the brand’s voice and
  • Create, schedule, and monitor engaging social media content, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and goals, while targeting the Nigerian market.
  • Optimize social media content using Yoast within WordPress to improve SEO, ensuring all website content adheres to SEO best practices.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to adapt strategies.
  • Track and analyze social media performance through engagement, follower growth, and lead generation metrics, reporting insights and improvements to management.
  • Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to plan campaigns and ensure branding consistency across all channels.
  • Leverage social media to increase traffic to the website and drive lead generation.
  • Growth in follower count and engagement rates on social media platforms.
  • Timely response to comments and messages (e.g., within 24 hours).
  • Website traffic growth from social media referrals.
  • Increased lead generation and conversion from social media channels.
  • Effective use of Yoast to optimize WordPress website content, measurable through website analytics and improved SEO performance.
  • Adherence to content schedules and timelines.




Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, ideally focused on the Nigerian market.
  • Proficiency in using Yoast as an SEO tool within WordPress to optimize content for search engines.
  • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and tools (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Ability to create content that resonates with a diverse audience while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Experience using social media management and scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical skills for tracking social media performance and making data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM or other CRM systems for tracking lead generation and social media performance.
  • Experience in real estate or property-related industries is a plus.
