Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, well-organized, and imaginative Social Media Manager to join Cloudmesh Global's team. In addition to creating interesting content and implementing social media strategies to advertise our tech website, the ideal candidate will be in charge of maintaining and expanding our social media presence.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Content Creation: Create visually appealing and engaging content (photos, videos, graphics, copy) that showcases our business, promotions, and the lifestyle associated with our brand.
  • Community Management: Monitor, engage, and respond to customer inquiries and comments across social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, tone, and style guidelines.
  • Campaigns & Promotions: Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive traffic to our website.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track social media performance metrics, provide insights, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  • Collaborations & Partnerships: Work with influencers, bloggers, and other brands to build partnerships that can increase visibility and drive sales.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and the technology industry to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the retail or home décor industry.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficient in graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  • A passion for technology, gadgets, and the latest trends in tech.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
  • Familiarity with email marketing, link building, and SEO strategies.
