Job Description/Requirements
- Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with XDeputy’s business goals and enhance our online presence.
- Develop and curate high-quality, engaging, and shareable content (graphics, videos, posts) tailored to different social platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Monitor and engage with audiences across all social channels, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Track social media metrics and generate monthly performance reports to guide strategy adjustments and demonstrate ROI.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote services, engage followers, and grow our audience.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms
- Proficiency in social media management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
