Responsibilities:

  • Monitor social media channels for trends, audience engagement, and feedback, responding promptly to comments and messages.
  • Plan and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns, including paid social media advertising, email marketing, and search engine marketing (SEM).
  • Analyze key performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms to track campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
  • Manage social media calendars and scheduling tools to ensure timely and consistent posting.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and effectiveness.
  • Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to refine content strategies and improve engagement.
  • Develop and present reports on social media performance, insights, and recommendations to improve digital marketing efforts.
