Analytics & Optimization:
- Monitor performance metrics (engagement rates, impressions, click-through rates) and adjust strategies to achieve targets.
- Generate monthly reports to track ROI and campaign success.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns across social platforms.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals for campaigns.
Email Marketing:

- Develop and execute email campaigns to engage and nurture leads, increase conversions, and retain customers.
- Craft persuasive email copy and design using tools like Mailjet or any tool of your choice.
List Management:
- Maintain and grow email lists by implementing lead generation tactics and optimizing subscription funnels.
- Segment audiences to deliver personalized content.
Performance Tracking:
- Analyze email campaign performance (open rates, CTRs, bounce rates) and implement improvements.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and layouts.
Requirements:
Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in social media management and email marketing.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency with tools like Buffer, Mailjet, and Microsoft Teams or equivalent platforms.
