Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the overall marketing objectives and brand identity.
- Identify and target key social media platforms relevant to Hikky's Hair's audience.
- Define the brand's voice and tone on social media, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (images, videos, stories, etc.) that resonates with the target audience and reflects the brand's luxury positioning.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions to drive engagement and conversions.
- Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting across all platforms.
- Community Management:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive and interactive online community, encouraging conversations and building relationships with followers.
- Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, escalating issues to relevant departments when necessary.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between social media efforts and overall marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with stylists, content creators, and other team members to generate compelling content and showcase the salon's services and products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the beauty or luxury industry.
- Deep understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and their algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to the brand's voice and tone.
- Strong creative and visual skills, with experience in content creation and graphic design.
- Proficient in social media analytics tools and data analysis.
