Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the organization’s objectives.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Manage daily interactions, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote services, events, or initiatives.
- Monitor social media trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Analyze and report on performance metrics, providing insights to optimize strategies.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and budget utilization.
- Build relationships with influencers, partners, and online communities to amplify reach.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice, identity, and goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools).
- Proven track record as a social media manager
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media influencing and creativity
- HND/BSc. in a relevant course of study
