Job Summary
We seek an experienced Social Media Manager to administer our social media accounts. The candidate will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers for a Canadian Immigration Law Firm. The candidate should be able to grow our platforms and ensure high customer traffic and engagement level.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the client's social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
- Manage the social media account layouts in a creative and well-coordinated manner.
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Perform legal and competitor analysis for social media content.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news)
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor audience reviews.
- Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content.
- Any other related tasks as assigned by the client.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/HND in any related field.
- Legal background required.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Social media role.
- Strong knowledge of the usage of social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight schedules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
