Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to oversee the online presence of a leading health and wellness company. This fully remote position involves content creation, audience engagement, performance analysis, and staying updated with the latest social media trends. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and a strong background in social media strategy and content development.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and curate compelling content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Plan and schedule social media posts to ensure a consistent online presence.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, building a strong online community.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Plan and execute campaigns, including promotions, contests, and partnerships to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between social media and overall marketing strategies.
  • Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating them into strategies.
  • Ensure all social media content is consistent with the company’s brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach.


Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in social media management, ideally within the health, wellness, or fitness industries.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Strong graphic design skills with experience in tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to create and edit photo and video content.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret social media data and make informed decisions.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with remote teams.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaigns is an advantage.
  • HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Location: Remote

Working Days: Monday – Friday (Flexible hours)

Remuneration: NGN 180,000 - 250,000
