Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate compelling content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Plan and schedule social media posts to ensure a consistent online presence.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, building a strong online community.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.
- Plan and execute campaigns, including promotions, contests, and partnerships to drive growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between social media and overall marketing strategies.
- Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating them into strategies.
- Ensure all social media content is consistent with the company’s brand voice and aesthetic.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management, ideally within the health, wellness, or fitness industries.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Strong graphic design skills with experience in tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to create and edit photo and video content.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media data and make informed decisions.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with remote teams.
- Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaigns is an advantage.
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
