Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Create engaging and brand-appropriate content (text, graphics, and videos) tailored to each platform.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and manage the content calendar.
- Oversee the daily operation of accounts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Ensure that all profiles reflect the company’s voice, mission, and brand identity.
- Interact with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions promptly.
- Foster meaningful connections to build a loyal community around the brand.
- Track performance metrics, such as impressions, engagement, and conversions, using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports to management with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Plan and manage paid ad campaigns to boost reach, engagement, and sales.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, budget allocation, and targeting adjustments.
- Stay Updated on Trends and Best Practices
- Partner with influencers and brand ambassadors to increase reach and engagement.
- Monitor for potential social media crises or negative publicity.
- Respond professionally and strategically to mitigate reputational risks.
- Develop strategies to grow the brand's audience base organically and through paid efforts.
- Boost brand awareness and maintain a positive online presence.
