Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Create engaging and brand-appropriate content (text, graphics, and videos) tailored to each platform.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule and manage the content calendar.
  • Oversee the daily operation of accounts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
  • Ensure that all profiles reflect the company’s voice, mission, and brand identity.
  • Interact with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions promptly.
  • Foster meaningful connections to build a loyal community around the brand.
  • Track performance metrics, such as impressions, engagement, and conversions, using analytics tools.
  • Provide regular reports to management with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Plan and manage paid ad campaigns to boost reach, engagement, and sales.
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, budget allocation, and targeting adjustments.
  • Stay Updated on Trends and Best Practices
  • Partner with influencers and brand ambassadors to increase reach and engagement.
  • Monitor for potential social media crises or negative publicity.
  • Respond professionally and strategically to mitigate reputational risks.
  • Develop strategies to grow the brand's audience base organically and through paid efforts.
  • Boost brand awareness and maintain a positive online presence.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a social media person
  • Social Media Strategy Development skills
  • Content Creation and Management skills
  • Community Engagement skills
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting
  • Social Media Advertising
  • Trend Monitoring and Competitor Analysis skills
  • Collaboration with Teams is required
