Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage social media strategy across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok).
• Create engaging content in collaboration with the editing team.
• Monitor trends and analyze performance data to adjust strategies.
• Report key metrics such as growth and engagement.
• Collaborate with other departments for consistent messaging.
• Manage paid social media campaigns and budgets.
• Build relationships with influencers and engage with the community.
• Stay current with social media best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Expertise in social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva).
• Strong understanding of social media analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
• Experience in managing campaigns and content calendars.
• Excellent communication skills and creative content creation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Experience with paid advertising on social platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
• Proven experience managing social media platforms including YouTube.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to stay focused on long-term goals.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
