Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop content, monitor social media channels, and analyze performance metrics.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company's goals and brand identity.
  • Manage and oversee social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, to drive engagement and followers.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement, and respond to comments and messages promptly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with broader marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, including engagement rates, reach, clicks, and conversions, to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content and engagement.
  • Engage with influencers, brand advocates, and relevant communities to build partnerships and expand the brand's reach.
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including setting budgets, targeting audiences, and optimizing ad performance.
  • Provide regular reports on social media performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content creation and engagement.
  • Strong creative and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and on-brand content.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Experience with paid social media advertising, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive social media growth and engagement.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
