Job Summary

As the Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing social media strategies, optimizing social media platforms, and creating content strategies. You will also be involved in managing social media accounts and campaigns for various clients to effectively promote our brand, engage our audience, and drive business growth.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and retain existing ones.
  • Create engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Manage social media accounts by curating, scheduling, and publishing content that aligns with our brand voice and values.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cohesive campaigns that integrate social media activities with other marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, social media platforms, and best practices to optimize performance and drive innovation.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of our social media efforts, adjust strategies, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize social media advertising tools to create and optimize paid campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Identify and engage with influencers, brand advocates, and strategic partners to amplify brand reach and awareness.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels and maintain a strong brand image online.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential threats.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Social media marketing and communication skills.
  • Proven working experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in social media management tools and analytic platforms.
  • Experience in managing multiple social media accounts and handling high-volume engagement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
