Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content, including videos, graphics, and captivating written posts.
• Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Monitor and respond to social media interactions, comments, and messages promptly.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
• Stay updated on the latest social media best practices and emerging platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging and visually appealing content, including videos, graphics, and written posts.
• Strong research skills to identify industry trends and audience preferences.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Experience with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Capcut editing tool).
• Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
• Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Remuneration: NGN 50,000
