Job Description/Requirements
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter to attract businesses and individuals in need of hosting and IT solutions.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (videos, reels, carousels, infographics, blog snippets) that educates and informs potential clients.
- Optimise content using SEO best practices, trending hashtags, and metadata for maximum visibility and reach.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics using Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and Twitter Analytics, making data-driven recommendations.
- Run paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to drive targeted leads.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build an online community through active conversation and strategic engagement tactics.
- Manage the company’s WordPress website and optimise content using Yoast SEO.
- Track social media KPIs and report on campaign success, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Research and implement the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to keep Stelimasa Nigeria Limited ahead of competitors.
- Work closely with the IT solutions and hosting teams to align social media efforts with company objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the IT, hosting, or technology sector.
- Deep knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and analytics tools.
- Strong content creation skills, including video editing, copywriting, and graphic design.
- Experience managing WordPress websites, including SEO optimisation with Yoast.
- Ability to increase engagement and generate leads through targeted social media strategies.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian and African digital business demographics.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet KPIs within set timeframes.
