Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute engaging real estate-focused content (text, graphics, videos, reels, etc.).
- Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Write high-quality, SEO-friendly captions, blogs, and social media posts.
- Stay updated on real estate trends and digital marketing best practices.
- Monitor analytics to improve engagement and drive lead generation.
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and direct messages professionally.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and paid ads to enhance visibility.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align content with business goals.
- Work with designers and videographers to create visually compelling content.
- Track and report social media performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, English, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or Digital Marketer (Real estate experience is a plus).
- Strong content writing skills – the ability to craft engaging captions, blog posts, and brand stories.
- Familiarity with real estate marketing strategies and audience engagement tactics.
- Proficiency in social media tools & analytics (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Spark, InShot) are an advantage.
- Must be proactive, creative, and results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work onsite in Lekki, Lagos, and commit to a structured schedule.
