Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Content Development

  • Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy aligned with Eltees Farms’ marketing and sales objectives.
  • Create engaging, brand-aligned content (text, graphics, videos, reels) for Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and YouTube.
  • Implement and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and leverage them to enhance engagement and visibility.

Community Engagement & Growth

  • Proactively engage with our audience, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand advocates, and strategic partners to expand reach and credibility.
  • Develop and execute interactive campaigns (challenges, giveaways, contests) to boost engagement and follower growth.

Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using insights from analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Use data to inform strategy, optimize content, and improve ROI on campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing on content types, posting times, and ad creatives to maximize impact.

Advertising & Lead Generation

  • Plan and manage paid social media campaigns that drive conversions and business growth.
  • Optimize ad targeting, copy, and creatives based on performance insights.
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to ensure social media efforts contribute to revenue generation.
