About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager / Client Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, skilled in client relations, and eager to make an impact. You’ll be responsible for managing our brand’s online presence, engaging our community, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and post engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) that aligns with our brand’s voice and objectives.
• Content Creation: Develop content calendars, create graphics, write captions, and collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce visually appealing and impactful posts.
• Community Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions, building strong relationships with our audience and growing our community.
• Client Service: Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to understand engagement trends and optimize content performance.
• Strategy Support: Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to drive engagement, reach, and conversions.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in social media management and client service, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Creative thinker with a passion for social media trends.
• Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
