Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, and video) across multiple platforms, ensuring brand consistency and relevance.
- Write compelling copy for social media posts, product descriptions, and promotional content.
- Plan and manage social media content calendars to maintain a consistent posting schedule and brand presence.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement metrics to optimize content performance and increase brand visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices in social media content for improved reach and ranking.
- Use Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure, analyze, and report on social media performance and ROI.
- Stay current with trends in social media, online marketing channels, and web design to continually refine strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and design, to ensure cohesive messaging across channels.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and leverage opportunities for audience growth, engagement, and brand advocacy.
- Perform regular audits and competitive analysis to assess and enhance social media presence.
- Manage and resolve any issues that arise on social media platforms, safeguarding the brand’s online reputation.
- Handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality standards.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social media manager
- Hands-on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Familiarity with web design
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
