Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content, including captions, articles, and multimedia posts.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing and brand-aligned content.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to enhance audience engagement.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and collaborations.
- Write compelling marketing copies, blog posts, and promotional content as required.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine content strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Writer, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Graphics design skills are an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to track and improve content performance.
