Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns to align with marketing strategies
  • Monitor, track, and report on social media performance and engagement metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
  • Create engaging text, image, and video content
  • Design graphics for social media platforms when needed
  • Respond to customer inquiries via social media, email, and phone
  • Provide product/service information and resolve customer complaints
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Maintain customer records and update customer information
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media management tools
  • Experience with creating engaging content for social media
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (HND/OND may be considered)
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management or customer service
  • Portfolio of social media work (preferred)
  • Basic graphic design skills (advantage)
