Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to align with marketing strategies
- Monitor, track, and report on social media performance and engagement metrics
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
- Create engaging text, image, and video content
- Design graphics for social media platforms when needed
- Respond to customer inquiries via social media, email, and phone
- Provide product/service information and resolve customer complaints
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Maintain customer records and update customer information
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media management tools
- Experience with creating engaging content for social media
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (HND/OND may be considered)
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management or customer service
- Portfolio of social media work (preferred)
- Basic graphic design skills (advantage)
