Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Manager/Graphic Designer to enhance our brand’s online presence and create visually compelling content. The ideal candidate will manage social media platforms, develop engaging campaigns, and produce high-quality graphics to support marketing initiatives. This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical skills to connect with our audience and drive engagement.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Manage and monitor social media platforms, responding to comments and inquiries promptly.
  • Design visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and schedule posts, ensuring content aligns with the brand voice and goals.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive campaigns that integrate graphic design and social media strategies.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating them into the strategy.
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital channels through compelling visuals and messaging.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their respective best practices.
  • Ability to create engaging, on-brand content for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess social media performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Photography and video editing skills are a plus.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.
