Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Manage and monitor social media platforms, responding to comments and inquiries promptly.
- Design visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Plan and schedule posts, ensuring content aligns with the brand voice and goals.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive campaigns that integrate graphic design and social media strategies.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating them into the strategy.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital channels through compelling visuals and messaging.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and graphic design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their respective best practices.
- Ability to create engaging, on-brand content for diverse audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to assess social media performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Photography and video editing skills are a plus.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.
