Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategy aligned with business goals and brand voice.
- Plan, create, and manage engaging, brand-consistent content across platforms (social media, website, blog).
- Collaborate with the team to maintain consistent branding across all content and campaigns.
- Brainstorm, plan, and implement campaigns to promote products, leveraging innovative storytelling, viral content, giveaways, and contests.
- Test and optimize new content approaches such as interactive content or influencer collaborations to increase engagement and sales.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns with compelling content, design, and timely distribution.
- Engage with followers, partners, and influencers to grow an online presence.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments across social media platforms promptly and professionally.
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and media outlets to boost brand visibility.
- Create, capture, and edit content (graphics, photos, videos, blog posts) for social media, website, and email campaigns.
- Edit and optimize content for different platforms, ensuring relevance and quality.
- Manage and schedule posts using social media management tools to maintain a consistent presence.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry shifts to adapt strategies and generate new content ideas.
- Conduct market research to identify new growth and engagement opportunities.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies based on insights.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns, including budgeting, performance tracking, and ROI analysis.
- Report on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Must be able to use Canva (intermediate level minimum)
- Must be good with CapCut and Premiere Pro
- Must be able to use Meta Business Suite
- Must be good with Google Trends
