Position Overview
Didela Holdings Limited is looking for a creative and strategic Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead the marketing efforts across all its subsidiaries—Real Estate, Interior Design, Music Management, and Retail of Gadgets & Electronics. This role requires expertise in Canva (80-90%) or similar graphic design software and CapCut (80-90%) or equivalent video editing tools, with an exceptional eye for visual detail and brand identity. The ideal candidate will drive digital engagement, customer loyalty, and business growth by creating impactful campaigns aligned with the company’s goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy Development & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for all subsidiaries in alignment with the company’s vision.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define brand objectives and deliver campaigns aligned with brand identity.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and new opportunities across industries.
Social Media Management & Content Creation
- Design and execute multi-platform social media strategies (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Create high-quality graphics and engaging videos using Canva and CapCut, ensuring brand consistency.
- Manage content calendars to drive engagement, build brand awareness, and increase conversions.
- Monitor and optimize social media ads to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Brand Development & Visual Direction
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all subsidiaries, ensuring a unified visual presence.
- Develop creative campaigns, mood boards, and visual concepts that reflect high-end aesthetics and market positioning.
- Work closely with the product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and business goals.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track key metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and social media performance.
- Use data insights to improve and optimize marketing strategies.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to drive promotions and brand partnerships.
- Manage customer interactions on social media, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing or social media roles across multiple industries.
- Strong expertise in Canva (80-90%) for graphic design and CapCut (80-90%) for video editing.
- Experience managing paid social media campaigns across platforms.
- Keen eye for aesthetics with experience in brand direction.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a passion for innovative marketing.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in real estate, music, or tech retail industries is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and website management.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and brand partnerships.
